🧸 PajamaFam's Easy Return Policy
We want your family—and your pets!—to be cozy and happy. If there's a problem with your order, here is how we fix it.
⭐ You Get a New Item or Your Money Back (Full Refund) If:
The mistake is ours. This includes:
- Wrong Item: We sent you the wrong pajama type, size, or color.
- Wrong Address: We shipped it to an address different from the one you gave us.
- Broken Item: Your item arrived clearly damaged or broken.
- Bad Printing: The printed design is blurry, peeling off, crooked, upside down, or in the wrong spot. The design must look like the one you ordered.
- If PajamaFam sends you the wrong packages, you get to keep them!
❌ You Will Not Get a New Item or Refund If:
The mistake is not ours. We cannot replace or refund items if:
- You gave us the wrong information: This includes giving us the wrong address, size, color, or design file.
- You damaged the item: The product was broken or ruined after you received it.
- You waited too long: You report the problem more than 7 days after you got the item.
- You didn't sign for the package and it got returned (if the shipping company tried to deliver it normally).
- There is an issue with the shipping address you gave us (wrong or missing information) and the package couldn't be delivered.
- The color is slightly different from the digital picture (called a "mock-up") you saw online. This is normal because colors look different on different screens.
- Bad things happen that we can't control: We are not responsible if shipping is stopped because of war, bad weather, or natural disasters.
🛍️ Canceling an Order
Because we make each item just for you when you order it (this is called "print-on-demand"):
- If you cancel before we start making your item, you get a full refund.
- If you cancel after we have already started making your item, we can only refund the shipping cost.
⏰ How to Report a Problem
- For items that are misprinted, damaged, or broken, you must tell us within 7 days of getting your package.
- If the box itself was damaged, you must tell us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
- You must provide us with the shipping list (the paper inside the box) when you report the problem.
🌍 Important Note for Customers in the EU (European Union)
Because our pajamas are made specifically for you (customized) and are personal items, the law lets PajamaFam choose not to accept returns for hygiene and health reasons.
